1.2 Warnings
Vehicle Condition
For safety, install or connect the INT21A message sign only when the vehicle is parked and powered off. Do not install, connect, or adjust the device while driving or while the vehicle is in operation, as this may cause electrical hazards, improper installation, or safety risks.
Environmental Conditions
For best performance, perform Bluetooth pairing and initial setup in a dry, clean, and low-interference environment.
Avoid using or setting up the device in areas with high humidity, excessive dust, or strong electromagnetic interference, as these conditions may affect Bluetooth connection stability or device performance.
Operation Safety
Do not operate the app, adjust settings, or edit display content while driving. Doing so may distract the driver and increase the risk of an accident.
Keep the device and accessories out of reach of children to prevent misuse, accidental damage, or injury.
Avoid exposing the device to extreme heat, high humidity, or prolonged direct sunlight when not in use.
Make sure the device and power cable do not block the driver’s view, interfere with vehicle controls, affect airbag deployment areas, or obstruct mirrors, windows, or other safety-related components.
Connection Failure Handling

The INT21A message sign has no built-in battery and must be powered by an external USB power source.
Use the supplied USB-A to USB-C power cable, or an equivalent qualified USB cable, to power the device. Make sure the cable is firmly connected before use.
