Installation Warnings

Vehicle Condition

For safety, always install or connect the receiver while the vehicle is turned off. Installing while the engine is running may cause electrical hazards or safety risks.

Environment Conditions

For best performance, perform pairing in a dry, clean, and low-interference environment. Avoid high humidity, dusty areas, or environments with strong electromagnetic interference.

Pairing Failure Handling

If pairing fails, follow the re-pairing steps provided in this manual. If the issue persists, please contact customer support. Do not disassemble or modify the product yourself.

Battery & Charging

Ensure the microphone is charged before use and use only the provided Type-C charging cable.

Important: The microphone does not support karaoke functions while charging. Please wait until charging is complete before use.

Avoid charging in extremely hot or humid environments.

Quick Start Guide

Mounting and Pairing

Step 1: Connect the Receiver

Plug the Receiver into the "KTV Receiver Box Input Extension Cable" on your V10 head unit.

Step 2: Enter Pairing Mode

After powering on the microphone by pressing and holding the power button, you can start pairing.

Press and hold both VOL+ and VOL- buttons for 8 seconds to enter pairing mode.

The entire LED display will flash. Release the buttons once flashing begins.

⚠️ The microphones are pre-paired at the factory. If pairing is lost (e.g., due to selecting the wrong frequency), follow this step to re-pair. Note: Pairing must be completed within 30 seconds of powering on.

Step 3: Confirm Connection

Check if the RF indicator on the receiver remains solid red, or check for a green microphone icon on the V10 screen—both indicates successful pairing.

Step 4: Test Microphone Audio

Speak into the microphone. If audio is heard through the system, pairing is successful and the device is ready to use.

① LED Display

Shows the current frequency, frequency band, and signal strength.

② Power Button

Press and hold to turn the microphone on/off.

Short press to toggle between frequency and volume adjustment.

③ Protective Cover

Rotate the protective cover counterclockwise to open it. The volume control buttons are located inside and can only be accessed once the cover is fully opened.

④ VOL+ Button

Short press: increase volume / change frequency.

With ② Power Button (long press in power-off state): reset to factory settings.

⑤ VOL− Button

Short press: decrease volume / change frequency.

With ② Power Button (long press 15s in power-off state): manually switch between Mic A and Mic B.

A/B Microphone Frequency Reference Table

The AC-MICW2 supports two channels (A and B). Each channel corresponds to a specific frequency. If you switch between Mic A and Mic B, please refer to the following chart:

2.1 Original Vocal / Karaoke Mode

Swipe down from the top of the screen to toggle between Original Vocal and Karaoke Mode.

2.2.1 Microphone Controls

Microphone Volume (0–30)

Adjust volume on the V10 screen, with one-touch mute. (The microphone itself allows 0–32 adjustment; both work independently.)

Pitch Control (-12 ~ +12)

Raise or lower your pitch to make your voice sound higher or deeper.

Voice Changer

Pitch Ratio (50%–300%): Alters how high or low your voice sounds.

Formant Ratio (66%–200%): Changes voice tone quality, making it brighter or deeper.

2.2.2 Auto-Tune Settings

Scene

Keeps your voice in tune with the music. Choose from 12 major scales (e.g., C Major, A♭ Major).

Correction Style

Nearest Note: Adjusts to the nearest note.

Shift Up: Adjusts to the nearest higher note.

Shift Down: Adjusts to the nearest lower note.

2.2.3 Reverb Plate

Diffusion (0%–100%)

Controls how widely the echo is spread, affecting the fullness of the reverb sound.

Decay Time (0%–100%)

Adjusts how long the reverb lasts before fading away.

Damping (0%–100%)

Reduces high frequencies in the reverb to make the sound softer.

Wet/Dry Mix (0%–100%)

Balances the amount of original voice (dry) and reverb effect (wet).

High Cutoff (0Hz–22000Hz)

Limits the highest frequencies in the reverb for a warmer sound.

Pre-Delay (0ms–10ms)

Sets the delay time before the reverb begins after your voice.

2.2.4 Vocal Removal

When accompaniment is enabled, the vocal removal feature is automatically activated, reducing or removing the lead vocals and keeping only the backing track.

Troubleshooting

Cannot Power On

  1. Check if the battery is properly installed.
  2. Ensure the battery has sufficient charge, then try again.

Low or No Sound

  1. Confirm that the microphone volume is set higher.
  2. Verify DSP settings on the head unit.
  3. Check if the KTV app volume is set too low or muted.

Cannot Connect Automatically After Power-on

  1. Press and hold VOL+ and VOL− to enter pairing mode.
  2. Ensure the receiver is correctly plugged into the V10 head unit.
  3. Make sure pairing is attempted within 30 seconds after powering on.

Karaoke not Available While Charging

This is normal. Karaoke functions are disabled while charging. Please use the microphone after charging is complete.

Unstable or Intermittent Signal

  1. Check receiver placement and avoid metal obstructions.
  2. Keep the distance between mic and receiver within 15m.
  3. Avoid using in areas with strong interference (e.g., heavy Wi-Fi or Bluetooth signals).
