10.5 TrackHU — GPS Tracking

TrackHU is a GPS-based tracking service that allows you to view the motorcycle’s location, review trip history, set geofences and alerts, and access supported riding data such as speed and distance.

To use TrackHU, make sure the head unit has an active GPS signal and internet connection, then activate the service and link the head unit to your TrackHU account.

Important Notes

1.  Keep GPS and internet access enabled on the head unit to receive updated tracking data and supported notifications.

2.  If the head unit temporarily loses its internet connection, tracking data may be stored locally and uploaded automatically after the connection is restored.

3.  TrackHU features and interface elements may be updated over time. Refer to the latest interface on the head unit or TrackHU service for current instructions.

Adding the Head Unit to TrackHU

Step 1: Connect the Head Unit to the Internet

Make sure the head unit has an active internet connection and GPS reception.

Step 2: Show the TrackHU App

For privacy, the TrackHU app is hidden from the App Drawer by default.

Go to:

Settings > General

Quickly tap General six times. A message will appear indicating that hidden apps are now shown.

The TrackHU app will then appear in the App Drawer. To hide TrackHU again, repeat the same operation.

Note: If no message appears, check whether a system update is available.

Step 3: Enable TrackHU

Open the TrackHU app and turn on the TrackHU service.

The interface displays the current network and GPS status.

Step 4: Scan the QR Code

Scan the QR code displayed in TrackHU with your smartphone to open the TrackHU management page.

Note: The QR code is valid for a limited time. If it expires, tap Refresh or reopen TrackHU to generate a new QR code.

Step 5: Create or Sign In to Your Account

Register with your email address or sign in to an existing TrackHU account.

Step 6: Add and Name the Head Unit

Follow the on-screen instructions to add the head unit to your account and assign a recognizable device name.

After the device appears Online, select it on the map to view available tracking information, such as:

●  Current location

●  Route history

●  Speed and distance information

●  Geofence and alert settings

●  Online/offline status

●  Other supported tracking data

Privacy Note

TrackHU uses location and network data to provide tracking functions. The TrackHU app is hidden by default to help prevent unintended access from the head unit interface.
