Features

  • ATOTO P8 7" QLED GPS Navigation, Portable Car Stereo, Wireless Android Auto & Wireless Carplay, Glare-Suppressing Touchscreen Head Unit, 1080P Dash Cam, WDR & Auto Dimmer, Voice Assistant, P807SD-FC

  • 【Get the CarPlay & Android Auto Without Replacing Your Car Stereo】Enjoy wireless CarPlay and Android Auto without the hassle of replacing your head unit. A true plug-n-play unit, P8 upgraded silicone pad and improved stickiness, ensuring a firm hold and easy installation on uneven surfaces. Navigate, watch videos or tune in to music seamlessly, while most apps that not compatible with CarPlay or Android Auto can be cast to P8's large screen via AutoLink.

  • 【HD 1080P WDR Dash Cam】P807SD-FC comes with an HD 1080P AC-FCR01W Front Recording Camera with 150° wide viewing angle. Strong light suppression helps you figure out what happens ahead in high beams. Parking Monitor (additional accessories needed) provides 24/7 car surveillance. The built-in G-sensor senses unusual gravity changes esp. incidents and saves videos automatically as backup information. Night Vision offers clear sight in low light. Position it ideally to capture what you see.

  • 【Safer with Wireless Remote and Auto-dimmer】AC-44F6 wireless remote control can easily access P8, an unique feature that most other brands do not have. Auto-dimmer eliminates the need for you to manually adjust the brightness of P8 while driving (quite dangerous). With the built-in light sensor, P8 self-adjust to changes in ambient light (e.g. entering/exiting tunnels). Intuitive Linux system allows you to activate key features within 3 taps. All of this makes your driving safer and easier.

  • 【Glare-Suppressing QLED and 4 Audio Outputs】A regular screen may produce glare in sunlight, while the P8's excellent 7-inch 2.5D QLED screen can provide good visibility even in broad daylight, with no need of a hood. 4 audio outputs: 1. Bluetooth 2. FM transmitter (stereo type) 3. AUX (stereo type) and 4. built-in speakers. Connect to both CarPlay/Android Auto and your car stereo via Bluetooth so you can enjoy the crisp, strong sound of your car as you navigate through the P8 interface.

  • 【Easy Installation】Installing the P8 is a breeze, and there's no need to replace a complicated car stereo. The innovative cigarette lighter design enables AUX functionality with just one cable on the dash (others require two). And because the P8 is compatible with most 12V/24V-enabled cars, sharing the P8 in the home can be budget-friendly. 12-month warranty by default. Reach out to ATOTO for extra 180 days. ATOTO's customer support is responsive and responsible(support [αt] myatoto [d0t] c0m).

Excellent build, decent dashcam, miniscule lag on AA, but a convoluted homescreen.

Honestly was quite impressed with the presentation and overall build out of the box. Every piece comes wrapped individually and feels nice and weighty in the hands, especially the main unit. The profile of the included dashcam (this model only comes with ONE and a microphone) is also smaller than any I've ever used, and mounting it behind the rearview (it's an adhesive mount) placed it completely out of sight so it doesn't obstruct any of the front windshield. The wire however is about as thick as most other dashcams out there, so hiding it took a bit of time as I chose to run it across the passenger side roof panelling, down the A-frame and across the dash cover. The length of the cable is GOOD and left some excess which wasn't difficult to tuck away.Mounting the adhesive microphone was less tricky since I only had to run the cable down the dash, across and underneath the driver's side panel and up the A-frame. To be brief, in the end, the audio quality wasn't quite as good as most smartphones out there today, but still better than any onboard car mics I've used. Unfortunately, the profile of the mic is HUGE with the pop-filter on, and reminiscent of a giant lav mic. Really wish they had made it smaller since it's definitely noticeable in the upper left hand corner of the windshield - so much so that I eventually took it off and used the included clip to stick it onto the A-frame instead. It's still noticeable (because it sticks out), but at least it doesn't obstruct my view.As for the beefy dashboard mount for the unit, I actually already had an existing adhesive mount in place so I didn't have to use the included one, but it's rather substantial with large wings on either end. Makes sense too, because the screen unit is quite weighty and thick for its size. Adjustability is excellent both on the arm and the ball-socket behind the rear bracket so putting it into position wasn't difficult. I will say that if you choose to sag it down between the center air vents, the screen can obstruct them a bit, so use your own discretion. As for the screen brightness, I think it's quite good and the dimmer sensor works exceptionally well in low light conditions. Virtually no screen reflection which is awesome, and the icon resolution is OKAY. Barely HD I'd say. Colours are a bit washed out so saturation really could have been better, and the homescreen is more cluttered than I would have liked. Not sure why they had to make the brightness and volume bars so thick and obvious, especially since you can just use the wireless remote to adjust the volume.Speaking of, I actually kinda like the included remote. The scrolling dial on the outer perimeter is a brilliant feature, and each of the 4 buttons have a distinct click which I like. The feel of the buttons is also rubberized; although I kinda wish that they were a different colour. Ultimately chose NOT to attach it to the steering wheel because the colour contrast was just too much, and I can just use my car's volume controls to work the volume on the car instead (after cranking it on the device of course). As for the transceiver, I'm happy to report that it functions wonderfully, both in the bluetooth and RF bands. No problems connecting to my phone's AA and the transmitter runs audio through my car's radio without issue. As I mentioned, I did have to crank the volume on the device so I could ultimately control it through the steering wheel's onboard radio controls, but just the volume. The rest I do through the screen. I will say that there's a tiny bit of lag on AA that becomes obvious when scrolling, but it's not bad and certainly not any worse than any other adapter I've used. The rest of the UI is generally fast with no lag when using the onboard features. In terms of the front dashcam resolution, I'd say that it's about average. Probably somewhere in between a full 1080p and 720p, coming closer to the former. I'm currently running a true 4K cam on my other car and this one doesn't even come close. Then again, that cam is quite bulky sporting a Sony lens and with a very thick cable, so this one hands down trumps it when it comes to the profile. Another great thing is the screen is so much larger that you can actually use it as a backup cam if you have the rear camera, which this version unfortunately doesn't come with. Obviously haven't been able to test the split-screen feature, but I'm sure it works just fine. No choppy video from the front cam so that's a massive plus.So yeah, obviously the setup can take a little bit of time, but I'm rather impressed with the overall build and screen response. Connectivity is great and the included remote works exceptionally well (even though I chose not to use it). Kinda wish the screen resolution was a bit better (on the camera too), and the homescreen wasn't so convoluted, but it's still VERY usable and the screen size is about perfect for my compact car. Finally, if I had to choose between the...

Great

Wow, just wow! I was so nervous ordering this, thinking it might be low-quality, but I wanted my husband to have Apple CarPlay in his truck like I do in my car. I wasn’t willing to spend 2,5000 on a new system or 80k on a new truck, so when I found this, I did a ton of research and thought, why not? Setup took maybe 5 minutes—most of the time was spent deciding where to place it in the truck! And wow, it’s beautiful. We absolutely love it. It works perfectly, just like the factory Apple CarPlay in my car. Couldn’t be happier with it!

Presence x Love
Transforms any vehicle into one with Apple carplay/android auto, love it!

I got this mostly for my 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander GT as it doesnt have any fancy screens or carplay but still wanted to give this a try for the wireless android auto and GPS capabilities and I must say, Ive used this for about 10,000km in my vehicle, a road trip from Moncton NB to Edmonton Alberta and everywhere in between and it hasnt skipped a beat.I have it mounted with 3M on my dash as I found the suction cup SUCKS when it gets cold outside and constantly falls off the windshield where I tried mounting it or just on the dash, so I wouldnt recommend the suction cup.The android auto instantly connects once I turn on my vehicle and the GPS loads right up.The screen is nice and bright but also adjustable, the colors are solid for what it is and pretty much everything is customization in the settings within the portable monitor. The dashcam I thought was a really neat touch and the quality is OK, not the best for reading license plates and such but would definitely save you in any accident if need be.My steering controls all work, the screen actually dims itself at night time and the thing just plugs into the 12v cigarette lighter port and is good to go.The sound that comes through is pretty darn good as its transmitting through the FM, I think you can also use an AUX but ive yet to try.So far im pleased with it and it hasnt given me any issues or fuss
