easy to connect to my phone to get directions. easy to set up. not the fastest out there but I am in no rush and it works great

Product arrived well packaged and protected, the instructions make it very easy to understand and install the device, simply plug and play, includes wireless apple car play which is very useful on many of these devices, does not have much delay when connected to it and provides you with a stable source of entertainment.

The sound quality is fantastic Item arrived very well packed, so excellent start, perfect size and more important top quality looks and feels great , for the price can’t fault it, 10 out of 10 from me very happy indeed and would purchase again 👍

This portable touchscreen is very handy for old cars that might not have all the feature you want.It has a good 7" QLED touchscreen which is sharp and clear while also responding well touch input as you use it.The device connects to your phone via Bluetooth and then gives you either Apple CarPlay or Android Auto with all of the usual apps you get through those services then available to you on a nice big touchscreen. This is very helpful for older cars that don't have sat nav etc in.You can stream music through your phone to the touchscreen stereo and if you plug the aux output into your cars stereo input you can then have music playing through your car speakers.It’s mounted via an extending arm which has a ball joint for good adjustment and can suction to a cars windscreen if that suits your vehicle best. It also has a remote control that you can attach to the steering wheel for ease of control and to make it legal when changing options etc.Overall, I think it does a good job giving you new tech in older vehicles and certainly if you don't have a good sat nav. The price is a little high at £159.90 and will put most people off, I have seen the same one for £129.99 on Amazon but I think it needs to be under £100 to attract buyers.

I have a ten-year-old Peugeot which has a fairly basic stereo with no CarPlay. I was already using a separate device similar to this, but it could only broadcast to my car's stereo via FM, while this one is capable of connecting via Bluetooth as well. This has a couple of benefits, in the fact that I can now continue to use my car's audio controls while I'm streaming music through it, and I can also use the car's mic during Bluetooth calls.This device is very easy to set up. You simply plug it in, switch it on, and then link it to your phone via WiFi. From there, it syncs everything, so you can use your satnav app, receive text notifications, stream Apple Music etc (I'm speaking from the point of view of an iPhone user, but you can obviously do all of this with an Android phone, too). It's essentially like having a large screen version of your phone on your dashboard.Initially, I was a bit put off by the fact it only comes with a lighter socket plug. For me, having a cable running permanently down the centre console is really annoying. However, I decided to try a standard USB cable to the USB socket on my car to see if this worked instead. I have a USB socket near the driver's door that I can neatly run a cable to out of sight. This does the trick perfectly, as it turns out this system runs fine powered by that instead.The screen on this is excellent. It's crystal clear, bright (with the brightness automatically adjusting itself depending on the amount of external light detected) and very responsive to the touch - perhaps not quite as smooth while scrolling as it would be on a phone, but the lag is negligible.This does have its own speakers, in case you wanted to play your music directly through it, but the bass on these isn't great. I can't see why you would have a reason to play it through these rather than the car speakers anyway, so this isn't an issue.All in all, this is a great mid-range CarPlay device.
