(my own fault).After another email to Atoto I discovered that the p8 was no longer going to be stocked and the p5 was a newer version? But, and this always happens, the p9 is their latest, with loads of extra features. If you can’t tell by now I’m the type of person to research everything up to the eye balls. Estella provided such amazing pre sales support I was so confident I was buying the right product.I made the purchase! I then revisited the several youtube unboxing videos to get a sense of what would arrive.As per the faultless Amazon Prime service it arrived the next day. Packaged so beautifully, the box was not only full of all the accessories I expected but a load of clips and extra items to make the installation a breeze and fantastic installation! Clips, screws, sticky pads - literally everything you might need! Even every single style of fuse taps to ensure installation could not go smoother!The unit itself has a really clear screen and just the perfect size. I went for the 7" as I didn't want anything too big blocking my view but then also wanted something bigger than my phone. Its got a really solid feel, a build quality that feels much more expensive than it is! Likewise, the accessories are brilliant too. A separate front camera, rear camera and a steering wheel mount. Plus as you’ll now expect more than enough cable to install properly.I tried the fuse taps, and a multimeter really is your friend when making the install. The device powers up so quickly now, literally 2-3 seconds. I tried the cameras pre 'full installation' and noticed the rear camera had a mark inside the lens. Only noticeable on the display as I moved it around. Straight back to Atoto and again Estella rectified the problem by dispatching a new one. It had to come from China as the EU warehouse were out of stock. I was given tracking info and it was here within the week. As you would expect the replacement works faultlessly.Spec, bundled accessories, customer support...... all equates to an amazing experience.Would I recommend Atoto?
