Built to improve over time: OTA + ecosystem + responsible support：Since February 2025, new ATOTOZONE releases support OTA firmware updates. Select models also include hardware provisions for future expansion. We offer an accessory ecosystem to extend capabilities (some add-ons are sold separately due to real cost), and we work hard to support customers in good faith—often beyond the minimum when reasonable.
