Detailed Installation Instructions

Notices Before Installation:

·Ensure the car stereo is powered off before and throughout the installation process.

·Take extra care during wiring. Make sure all wires, plugs, and ports are not damaged during installation.

·After inserting any plug into a port, gently twist it to ensure a secure and full connection.

·The AC-FHD02DV is specifically designed to work only with X10 series head units.

Installation Instructions

Step 1: Confirm the installation position of the camera — the upper-center area of the vehicle’s interior front windshield.

Step 2: After selecting the installation position, peel off the protective film on the back of the camera and firmly attach it to the front windshield.

Step 3: Slide upward to remove the base of the cable frame.

Step 4: Remove the protective film from the base, then attach it in the correct orientation for the next steps. Make sure it isn’t placed too close to the camera, leaving enough room to slide the casing over it. Finally, route the cable through the base to keep it organized and protected.

Step 5: Remove the first casing of the cable frame and slide it onto the base.

Step 6: How to Connect AC-FHD02DV to Your Car Stereo

·Connect the AC-FHD02DV to X10 Series Head Unit

(1)Install the AC-FHD02DV on your vehicle’s front windshield.

(2)Connect the “E” terminal of the extension cable to the “E” terminal of the AC-FHD02DV cable.

(3)Attach the “D” terminal of the extension cable to the front-view “D” terminal of the adapter cable.

(4) Plug the adapter cable into the appropriate port on the rear panel of the car stereo.

Step7: When installing the AC-FHD02DV Front View Camera, route the cable along the vehicle’s interior edges to keep it neatly concealed.

Warning: The tape used on both the camera and the base has strong adhesion. Please remove them carefully to avoid damaging the windshield. If you are unable to remove them safely, seek assistance from a professional.

Important Note:

Large Memory Capacity Support: Because the X10 Series Car Stereo supports up to a 256GB memory card or a 2TB external hard drive for video storage(USB1 Recording Storage), it can meet long-term recording storage needs when used together. (The memory card and hard drive are sold separately.)
