Maps will not lod for any thing

Some background, I had previously an ATOTO F7 or something like that, which was a good little thing, but it was a bit sluggish, and fairly limited. I had no problem with it, but when an opportunity came up to get something new I decided on this one, as it was the same form factor, double din. It is slightly smaller than the last one.Note: I use android auto, but carplay works as well (i used my wifes)Anyways, this little thing has got some serious features, too many to list so I'll do a pro's and cons list:1. Android Auto integration - I was a bit worried when i got it that it was _only_ wireless android auto due to the naming in the amazon product, but thankfully it is both wired and wireless. I haven't had any disconnection issues, though the usb cord is slightly shorter than my previous one.2. Responsiveness - it is a much needed upgrade for my car, it is honestly really nice looking UI and slight lag, though obviously not as responsive as a phone, its close.3. Features - It has a LOT of integrations with like cameras, dash cams, gps, etc. They all work pretty well, I have complaints.4. Installation - It is a bit of manual work, there are wires that you need to link up with (most likely) another aftermarket harness specific to your car, but honestly not too bad, and worth it for what you get.5. Internet connectivity - if you want, you can install a SIM card and use it basically like an android tablet which is amazing.6. Boot time; I don't _think_ that I installed it wrong, but the boot time is unbelievably quick.. I'll edit this post if It turns out to be massive parasitic power draw, but for now it's just crazy fast.I will note all of the extras are optional, for example you don't _need_ to plug the GPS in for it to work with android auto, you don't need dash cams plugged in. A minimal install is basically a stereo + android auto.Now, onto some things that I don't love:1. No physical buttons, if you know, you know. For the most part I haven't had issues, but I just prefer not needing to look at the screen when driving to change song or change volume.2. The settings are a bit overwhelming. There's two settings, one for the "android" OS, and one for the custom stuff that they install.3. The home screen is honestly a bit busy without customization. I've removed a lot of buttons, but configuration takes a bit to get to something you might like.4. I literally could NOT find the Android Auto button, until I researched more, you have to click on the "Zlink" app to use android auto.As far as great value, I'd probably give it a 8/10, it's a bit on the pricey side for a non "Name" brand company, but having their F7 model before, their support is _top notch_ and I have no qualms with the company.

Love this stereo. Very modern and looks great inside my son's Subaru. Uses wireless Android Auto, so finally no more having to hook it up just to get decent music and maps. The touch screen is VERY responsive and the buttons on the side, when flush mounted, are really easy to use and also very responsive, specifically the volume control. They included 2 screen protectors, which is an awesome little inclusion.Had a small issue with the unit not giving full power to the amplifier turn on and an email later and got an updated firmware, all fixed and works great. The EQ in this is next level. You can adjust EVERYTHING until your heart is content.The included features the we temporarily used are the on-dash ability to read from your OBD-II port is a crazy awesome upgrade. It is an older vehicle, so there are "often" a few codes to clear. He has another scanner that he uses, so that stays in 100% of the time. This will be great if I ever move this stereo over to another vehicle.There are a million different configurations you can use this and too many options to list, but overall, I would 100% recommend this stereo to anyone looking to massively increase their stereo for a MINIMAL budget. The big name brands sure aren't offering even 1/10 of the features at this price point. Great value, great quality.
