Haven't had any codes for my truck yet, but a friend had a check engine light and was able to determine his exact issue with this. Great for the price.

First what I don’t like:This is really about the main application setup that is initially recommended with the unit – “Torque” not the unit (ATOTO AC-4450).I could see Torque is preinstalled on the ATOTO A6PF Android Double-DIN Car Stereo, but the instructions talk about installing it on your phone first, so I thought this was part of the setup/install piece – note you don’t need to as I realized after a few attempts.Then after trying to follow the instructions, you realize that it’s for an android phone only (I have a apple phone). The Apple store has so many different app’s named "Torque" from different software vendors 🙄.To be honest I didn’t try any other apps I just wanted to be able to have a dashboard with dials of several the major sensor outputs, other than the standard Speed, Rev’s etc. and when needed to run a diagnostic on any issues/errors.Next is minor, remember you must connect it twice – first with the head unit with Bluetooth.Then second with the app. It took me a while to click 😉. I believe this is because Torque the app can link in different ways on multiple difference devices.What I do like:It’s smaller than any other of my OBDII Diagnostic Scanners I have used.Slots in with no issues.After setup performs perfectly.The price is very reasonable.I would recommend this as a nice module add-on to the head Unit (ATOTO A6PF Double-DIN)I’ve only had the head Unit & ATOTO AC-4450 installed for 2 weeks, time will tell, if something drastically changes, I will update the review.

This item is an unbelievably useful inexpensive accessory to my atoto s8.Just push into your OBD2 connector, attach as Bluetooth to radio and info is sent to the S8 instantly. I would highly recommend this device to complement your S8.

pair it, and info comes flowing. as little or as much as you want. sent to my head unit or my phone ( so i can put it in any vehicle!!!! how did we live w/o this???

Is a very nice tool that allows you to connect to your smart radio ( my personal use the Atoto S8 ) or your smart phone , very small and just plug in your OBD connector and paired via Bluetooth ,there is deafferents APP that are supported but I did use the Torque Pro App ($5 on play store) that let you also clear codes , my truck do not have transmission temperature gauge but with this set up I can monitoring all the time especially when towing, I all ready use to diagnose and clear codes on my wife and my car , for $25 dollars you can know ahead if your CEL is critical or just simple issue.
