DSP and the 4x24W RMS amp surprised me. My door speakers woke up. The interface is functional but not pretty. A couple icons feel buried in submenus. Once set up, it just works. One wish, a faster way to switch between CarPlay and native apps.

Welcome to another of my radio reviews, this time for a 2G RAM+32G ROM, "ATOTO" brand. Vehicle it's for: Universal Double Din. Fit in the dash with no issues. Carplay speed of achieving connection: Okay, takes about 30 seconds from turning on the car. Android Auto speed of achieving connection: Also okay, takes about 30 seconds from turning on the car. Display: bright enough to combat sunlight, but washed out color. There is some glare. UI responsiveness: Quite poor. But it's affordable and upgrades the look of the car enough that it may be excusable for your needs. DSP/sound quality: Average, not as good as stock unit, muddier with less defined treble and more chaotic mids. The sound adjustments are buried in menus and too complex to use while driving for quick adjustments. Installation: easy, included all harnesses, and Youtube tutorials for the car aren't too hard to follow. Ownership duration: Installed for over a month, works great so far. Overall: it's probably good enough for most people.

You may download and utilize a variety of apps, including Spotify, YouTube, and others, without using your phone because this radio is basically an Android tablet that is mounted in your vehicle. My music library has thousands of songs, and I can download and listen to them without ever using my phone thanks to my Premium subscription to YouTube Music. In addition to the usual balancing adjustments, it has a massive EQ, time delays, and numerous other sound adjustments. Since everyone was so amazed and said how happy they were that I had shown them, I had four additional people buy the old unit. I am confident that some individuals will now upgrade as well because it is so simple. A regular head unit was used for the initial installation; this is more complicated than just plugging it in, but it is manageable provided you have the right auto adaptor. I am aware that I bought one for my wife's Toyota, but those specially made ones are worthless. I will probably have to do it because she constantly asking when I can have one of them whenever she is in my car. I regret not doing an Atoto in hers. While some businesses buy, sell, and customize them with garbage Android skins, others build them. It is terrible. On their own, Atoto is really good at what they do. Since this product is connected to a smartphone application, the map update speed is quick and the car navigation system's functionality can be fully utilized. However, depending on the manufacturer, map updates for car navigation systems can be slow and frequently do not reflect new roads. I attempted to replace it with an outdated Nissan MOP navigation system, but the installation proved to be pretty challenging. The operating panel on the left side of the navigation system will be obscured if the instrument panel frame is attached in its current size and does not fit. This is the third model I have bought from my favorite head unit brand, and they seem to keep improving. It is basic, has a brilliant screen, and has everything you need for Android Auto and CarPlay. This A5L and the other variant with the buttons on the bottom are now installed. With less bezels, this one looks better. Because of their tiny design, these are considerably easier to install than the previous double dins; you never have to worry about fitment or cable space issues. Every item has a label. The pricing is excellent, and I heartily suggest these. A Lexus has a photo inserted.
