Everything seems to be working as expected. The only negative so far is that the suction mount keeps falling off. It has only failed a few times, but I worry that it's going to break on one of the next falls.

This was so easy to install in our car because of the adhesive feature, and the clear, concise instructions made set up relatively simple as well. There are a few bells and whistles on this device, but I ordered it specifically for the GPS navigation. Neither my husband nor I have a lick of a sense of direction and we like to take a lot of road trips. So far this has made our traveling experiences so much smoother. Occasionally there is a disconnect issue, but it’s quickly resolved. The 7 inch QLED screen is much clearer and easier to see than our cellphone, and I love the portability so we can switch it between our two vehicles. Nice.

I picked this up as my mother in law just got a new (used) 2013 car that doesn't have built in nav and obviously no Airplay. As she depends highly on maps to get around this was really the only fly in the ointment for her getting this car.I had planned on spending an afternoon installing and setting this up for her when she came in and proudly announced she had set it up ALL BY HERSELF. Mind you this is a woman in her late 70's with minimal technical expertise. That should tell you how easy the setup was.It paired with Airplay flawlessly, but with a major functional concern that I was able to suss out. Namely, she could hear people fine but they couldn't hear her. A test call confirmed that the on-board microphone is basically useless. I mean, it technically works but you have to shout right into it. This was solved by switching the audio mode to bluetooth, which puts all the input/output with the car's audio system. This drastically improves the sound on both ends. Now, this screen comes with an external outboard mic that can be clipped to the visor or windshield, so that's an option as well -- haven't tried this as the car's system seems to work for now.I am impressed with the brightness and quality of the screen especially for the price, and the capacitive touchscreen works just as well as you'd hope a touchscreen would work. (I know we have all had experiences with low-end touchscreens that basically force you to impale it with a finger to register a press).There's some other options to expand this system as well with connection to a dashcam or backup cam, which is a nice additional feature.Overall, I think this is a very handy accessory for older cars at a great price.

Opening the box, i can already tell that this one was special compared to the ones ive tried out in the past as the unit already feels more substantial. Everything to get started with this unit is in the box. All the mounting hardware is included. I did not care too much for the steering mounted controller but it does work. I just dont think it necessary for my case as i prefer the touch screen operation. The screen itself has a matte finish and is finger print resistant. Touch screen is very responsive to touch. Screen move is snappy. the screen is very clear and bright even on day light. I like that this has a light sensor to adjust brightness automatically. There are no cheesy startup here. It just starts up and it works. Thats how it should be. It really feels high end and the price feels to be justified as an overall package. I am satisfied with this product and can recommend to friends! Great way to add carplay / AA to an older vehicle. The one wish i have is the cable was thinner and more flexible. Due to the thickness of the cable, it is hard to tuck into the panel gaps or route behind the dash.

These are the best...If you don't have carplay, you are missing out and since my car does have a touchscreen but doesn't have carplay this is the next best thing. Easy to install and works instantly.
