Issue

Possible Cause and Solution

1

The unit does not power on

Check whether the B+, ACC, and GND wires are connected correctly. For some vehicle models, ACC signal may need to be decoded through a CANbus box.

2

GPS signal is weak or no satellites are found

1.  Check whether the GPS antenna is connected and installed correctly. It is recommended to place the GPS antenna inside the vehicle A-pillar area or another location with better signal reception.

2.  Bad weather, high-rise buildings, tunnels, underground parking areas, or other obstructed environments may affect GPS signal strength.

3

During a Bluetooth call, the other party cannot hear your voice

1.  Check whether the phone is connected to another Bluetooth audio or calling device.

2.  Check the in-vehicle environment. Make sure the built-in microphone is not affected by external interference, such as air vents, excessive noise, or unsuitable distance/angle from the speaker.

3.  If the built-in microphone performance is not suitable, try using an external microphone.

4

No rear-view video or the screen does not switch when reversing

1.  Check whether the rear camera video cable is connected to the correct input. The rear camera input is labeled RCIN.

2.  Check whether the rear camera trigger wire is connected correctly. The trigger wire is labeled REAR CAMERA+.

5

Time is not synchronized

1.  Check whether the network connection is normal.

2.  Check whether the region and time zone settings are correct.

3.  Check whether GPS positioning is working normally.

4.  Check whether GPS time synchronization is enabled.

6

A third-party navigation app does not resume after ACC is turned off and the unit wakes from sleep

When the unit enters sleep mode, third-party apps running in the background may be closed by the system. To keep a third-party navigation app running or allow it to resume after wake-up, add the app to the whitelist.
