Without Worry-Free Delivery, Jackery will still resolve lost or damaged packages according to Jackery's standard procedures. However, you may need to contact the carriers directly first — a process that typically takes longer.

  • Package Lost

    Payout Standard: Full refund of actual product amount paid.

    Scenario 1: Package not delivered; no exceptions reported but no updates in tracking.

    Conditions for Reporting & Evaluation: 

       ○ Orders not received within 30 business days of shipment. 

     ○ If shipping status shows an exception, you may report immediately.

    Scenario 2: Package marked as delivered, but consumer reports not received. 

    Report Deadline: Within 7 days of marked delivery date. 

    Required Document: 

       You must provide one of following supporting documents: 

       ○ Police report 

       ○ Security camera footage (e.g., doorbell camera) or photos 

       ○ Carrier-issued loss statement 

       ○ Written proof from a qualified third party

  • Package Damaged

    Payout Standard: Fair compensation based on damage severity (up to the total paid amount in the order).

    Report Deadline: Within 7 days of delivery.

    Required Document: Clear photos showing damaged packaging and affected product(s).

    Note: This item excludes pre-existing product issues or damage after delivery, and final payout decision is based on Seel's assessment team.

  • Package Delayed

    Scenario 1: Package delivered after significant delay (e.g., over 10 business days).

    Report Conditions: Shipments taking over 10 business days. 

    Payout Standard: $5 USD per order. 

    Report Deadline: You must submit a claim within 90 days of the purchase date. Seel's system will automatically verify the delay using tracking date.


    Scenario 2: Package stuck in transit (exceeding expected delivery time)

    Report Conditions: 

        ○ The package is significantly delayed (e.g., carrier indicates it’s lost or stuck). 

        ○ Jackery's expected delivery window has passed.

    Payout Standard: 

        After you file a claim, Seel will either: 

        ○ Refund the order (if deemed lost). 

        ○ Reship the items (if preferred).

    Note: Filing a delay claim does not conflict with future lost/damage claims. 

    All payouts are subject to Seel’s final review and approval.

What if my packages are lost, damaged, or delayed?

Our Store offers the Worry-Free Purchase service buying option on the cart page. Currently only available for eight countries: US, CA, AU, NZ, DE, FR, GB, ES, IT, NL, BE, AT, PT, IE, HU, GR, CZ, PL, LT.

Cancelling and Refunding Purchase Protection

Yes. For orders that have not yet been shipped, ATOTO's customer service team can help you cancel the Worry-Free Delivery purchase for that Shopify order. support@atotodirect.com

In what kind of conditions can I apply for the claim?

Lost:

1. I haven't received my packages even though it shows "Delivered".

2. My packages are stolen.

3. I haven't received it for over 30 days.

Damage:

The products are unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.

Delay:

U.S.:

Not delivered after the 10 days following order fulfillment are considered lost.

Outside Of The U.S.:

Not delivered after the 30th day following order fulfillment are considered lost.

You can access the Seel Resolution Center to submit a claim request from either the tracking page in-store or the policy confirmation email:

What Supporting Documents Are Required to Submit a Claim?

To ensure a smooth and fair claims process, certain types of claims require specific supporting documentation. Please refer to the information below to understand what is needed for each claim type.

  1. Claims for Damaged Items

If your item(s) were damaged during transit, we require documentation to help us assess the extent and cause of the damage. Please provide the following:

  • Clear photos of the outer shipping box and the internal product packaging
  • Clear photos showing the damage to the item(s)

Please note: Cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect the usability of the item(s), or defects that existed prior to shipping, are not covered.

The compensation amount for damage claims may be up to100% of the item’s purchase value, depending on the impact of the damage on the product’s function.

  1. Claims for Lost Packages

Loss claims fall into two scenarios:a. Shipment marked as “Lost” or not delivered within 30 days (domestic)No additional documents are required. Your claim will be automatically validated based on carrier tracking data.b. Shipment marked as “Delivered” but not receivedPlease check with neighbors or your local delivery hub first. If the package is still missing, we may requestoneof the following supporting documents:

  • Police report
  • Security camera footage
  • Official letter from the carrier
  • Statement from a property manager, leasing office, or other relevant authority

Seel will process your application within 48 hours and if there is no response within that time, feel free to contact us via support@atotodirect.com

When Will I Receive My Worry-Free Purchase Payout?

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you'll be prompted to select your preferred payout method. Estimated processing times for each method are as follows:

Bank Transfer: Funds will typically arrive within 1–3 business days after claim approval.

PayPal: Funds are usually transferred within 24h-48h after approval.
