Dual-Side Sound Pickup Port Layout: Independent sound pickup ports are positioned on both ends of the housing, corresponding to the physical placement of the built-in dual microphone units. Connecting the AC-MIC20 External Microphone to the Car Stereo
Insert the 3.5 mm stereo jack into the “MIC” port on the rear panel of your X10 or A7 series car stereo.

Installation Instructions

You may install the microphone in various locations depending on your vehicle layout and personal preference. For optimal performance and safe operation, please consider the following guidelines:

1) Visibility: Place the microphone where it does not obstruct your view or interfere with vehicle controls.

Suggested Installation Locations

1) Above the Dashboard: Suitable for smaller vehicles. Ensure the microphone faces the occupants and is securely mounted.

3) Headliner Near the Rearview Mirror: A recommended location that provides effective sound pickup without obstructing the driver’s view or vehicle operation.

Important Note:

①Before using the AC-MIC20 external microphone, please ensure that the protective dustproof adhesive film covering the microphone mesh has been removed. Failure to remove this film may result in reduced audio quality during use.

②Do not place the microphone in front of air vents.

③If the vehicle has tweeters placed on sail panel, do NOT locate the microphone on

steering column area.

④The front of the microphone must not be blocked.

⑤Microphone should be firmly attached to mounting location.

⑥Do not cover the grille openings surrounding the microphone.

⑦To avoid excessive wind noise, do not place near the sunroof opening.
