This stereo was awesome for a year, but then it started glitching and the music kept cutting out. I hit up the manufacturer, and they sent me step-by-step instructions and the latest firmware, which totally fixed it! Now I'm stoked it's back to normal, I really recommend it.

Easy installation overall. Apple CarPlay works flawlessly, and audio output is excellent when paired with an external amplifier for the door speakers. The display is quick, responsive, and sharp, and GPS performance has been reliable.The large touchscreen—made possible by the lack of physical buttons—gives the unit a modern look and makes the UI intuitive and easy to navigate. CarPlay connects automatically every time I start the car. The backup camera is clear and straightforward to install.For Camaro installs specifically: the green wire in the driver-side taillight harness is the correct 12V reverse signal to use for the backup camera trigger.My only real gripe is that the illumination wire does not function in my vehicle. This may be a limitation of the car itself rather than the head unit, but it’s worth noting.Another minor drawback is the subwoofer control. On my older ATOTO A5, sub controls were more flexible, allowing easier bass boosting or attenuation. On the A5L, the sub controls feel more limited, and the sub pre-out does not seem to deliver as strong of a signal.Overall, it’s a great head unit with excellent performance and features, especially for the price.

So far I am very happy with this radio. I had a touchscreen radio in my 04 Dodge 2500 before and the quality on this one is noticeably better.The mic quality for phone calls is clear, the option to add an external mic is also a bonus.For an older user, it would be nice to have a little more instructions included in the box. I was able to find a manual or install manual for this particular model online.But non the less, install is straight forward for an aftermarket install.The audio quality is also noticeably better on this unit, than the one before, or my original stock radio. Something I have notice before with ATOTO radios. Makes a nice upgrade to your sound system without swapping speakers and installing amps.Would definitely buy again and stick with ATOTO for any future touchscreen radios.
