Navigation andriod auto hard to connect

Andriod Auto navigation doesn't work sometimesif you move the screen or try to plug in usbc cord it freezes then you have to unplug battery reset... And the apps are slow. Looks nice with big screen but wish it wad more consistent with the apps and plug in.. navigation usually works though and sound and looks are nice forsure.. gave it 4stars for that reason

Navigation andriod auto hard to connect

Andriod Auto doesn't work alot. And the apps are slow. So left with a big screen with no navigation. Plug ins make it freeze have had to reset car battery to make it work.. but navigation is always a hit or miss. Wish it was more consistent. Looks nice but i would have spent more for a better quality product

Bluetooth issues

Bluetooth connectivity is very bad on start up. I have to reconnect multiple times to get a clean signal. Everything else is fine. My no name $100 head unit doesn't suffer from this problem.

5 star customer service

Great headunit for a fraction of the price. I am writing this review though because of the customer service. Customer service was awesome, while I was installing, I accidentally cut their RCA harness for my amps/speakers and I reached out to them to purchase another harness. Once I told them what I did they sent another harness free of charge via fed ex, even though it was my fault. I also love the buttons and turn dial of the unit, and the fact I was able to program the steering wheels controls was a plus.

Awesome responsive touchscreen, tons of features.

I was looking for a head unit with a larger screen for my 2012 F250. I saw that someone had reviewed this unit and had a video where they had installed it in an F250. Installing it with the unit in the upper portion of the double din space does not block any controls or the AC. Once setup it connects automatically to my Iphone for Apple Car Play, the screen size is very nice and plenty bright. It is very responsive and the audio sounds rich and has plenty of volume. I would have to say it is a great value for the money.
