This product, once I got past some issues with the shipped package not containing the backup camera and associated wiring, works rather nicely with my 1984 Ford LTD Crown Victoria. Replacing my original AM/FM radio with a new system. Providing a navigation system interface, phone and music interface, a dash camera for safety and insurance, and improving the field of view even further with the backup camera system.In fact the backup camera improves my field of view such that I can see the road a mere ten inches from my rear bumper.

First, I got this because it has an HDMI out. While a lot of older mid range cars only had RCA style video displays, they still look better when using an HDMI to RCA converter. But better yet is upgrading the display(s) to HDMI. Very few android units have an HDMI output, and this one does the trick.The installation and features are otherwise pretty standard. It has two key inputs for steering wheel buttons. Four speakers. All the usual android stuff - gps, etc.It's not a high end android unit, but it's good enough for streaming, gps, carplay, and all the other typical vehicle uses.

I recently took ownership of a very nice Mercedes convertible. The only problems are that it's very old (1999) and very space-constrained. When I tried to attach my phone holder to a vent line, I covered up controls that are needed for everyday use. I had given up using some of my controls (I have to have maps!) when the ATOTOEXCEL Android Single Din Car Stereo came across my data feed. I wasn't sure that this would work in such an old car, but I picked it up to give it a try. My impressions:- The wiring for this unit is completely different than the radio in the car. Fortunately, the wiring for the car is available on-line, so I was able to cut and solder the lines to match.- Once properly wired, the unit slid neatly into the radio slot without issue. The dimensions are perfect for the single slot unit. Yes!- Once installed, the unit locks into the provided frame to prevent the stereo from being yanked and stolen.- Working with the unit is like working with any Android auto interface. It takes about 20-30 seconds for the unit to configure itself and be ready to go. I don't have an Apple iphone to test with, but I have no reason to believe it would work any differently.The only difficulty I"m having right now is getting the sound to work. This is undoubtedly a problem with my wiring that I'll trace through and solve. In the meantime, I'm loving everything else about this Android auto stereo and give it my high recommendation.
