Included absolutely everything and them some for a flawless install in my 2013 Audi q5 with mmi high. Retains all factory MMI including satellite radio and backup camera and is available at the push of button. Install was pretty easy everything just plugged in and only thing visible is a tiny lavalier microphone and hazard light switch is included and relocated to the center console. Only thing that wasn't mentioned for install was that i had to leave my factory hazard switch connected and hidden inside the dash if you have the airbag light below your hazard switch and the factory code for settings (3368). Downloads and runs apps from playstore, sound and screen quality seem great.
