This is my 3rd ATOTO that I have purchased, now all of my cars have one. The installation is super easy and it has great performance. It improved sound quality and has great fitment into my 4runner. Make sure you measure the area you are installing the unit in to make sure it fits your car. The wiring is labeled clearly and once turned on, it functions just like a tablet with GPS.

This S8 is for my very old Toyota 2007 Corolla. It doesn’t mount perfectly due to the Corolla using a special mounting bracket. I believe 03-08 Corolla can only use 7” or 8” screen due to its unique double din bracket system. It is not S8’s fault. However, I love this 9” stereo so much and worked around the mounting problem and managed to mount it.It boots up very quickly. I can see the screen probably 2 seconds after the engine started! Chang among screens and lunch apps are fast with no delay. The CPU is powerful enough. It uses Android 10, but I don’t see any problems. It has 4GB RAM plus 32 GB storage (11.17GB used). Lot of Apps preinstalled already. Including Google Store, Maps, and Spotify. The bottom line is S8 running very smoothly.The screen is very bright and no problem to view it during the sunny day.This S8 has an external GPS antenna and works well with off-line Maps Apps such as Google Maps and Magic Earth. The Spotify music and podcast also can be downloaded. Basically I can use these services offline.The stereo sound quality is much improved compared to the Toyota OEM radio sound. The sound is loud and clean. I think 25% of the sound volume is going to destroy the speakers. S8 comes with a lot of cables if you like to add an external sub and amplifier. My package comes with a front DVR camera. There are ports to add front and backup camera if you like to add it.This 9” screen modernized my old Corolla and add lot of fun to drive this car!

This makes my third Atoto Radio purchase.  Their radios are simply the best.  I’ve tried other radios that are Linux or Android based and they all fall short of the Atoto line of radios.  Wireless Apple Carplay works better on all my Atotos than any other radio I’ve encountered (even the factory radios).  The features, the function, and the price of this radio just cannot be beat.
