This head unit arrived in new condition and adequately protected w/in a branded box. The instructions were multilingual and contained a lot of detailed diagrams. The touchscreen is responsive and give off plenty of light. The icons are large enough for me. The unit is well built and seems dependable. Overall, I am happy with it.
