Pros: Works every time. Wireless Android Auto and Apple Car Play work very well. The touch screen and buttons are very responsive but you have to be very precise. Sound quality isn't amazing but solid for the price. Screen came with no bad pixels or dead spots.Cons: The screen is glossy and will reflect everything like a mirror during the day time. Bluetooth doesn't always want to connect. Music sometimes only playing for about 2 seconds and then pausing only to play for 2 more seconds when hitting play again. Sometimes the music will skip like a scratched cd (mostly when my phone moved out of Bluetooth range, while the unit was still on, and and reconnects when I get back in range). I've had this unit for over a year and all of these issues are pretty consistent. Not enough for me to replace it, but definitely annoying sometimes. A simple reset fixes all the issues, when they happen, but it does get annoying.Overall Impression: If you have the money, spend a little more on a better ATOTO head unit. This one works but you'll get annoyed with it for at least 5 mins every day. Also, go with a matte screen, not glossy like this one.

Stars might have been higher, but the draw back was I never received the phone link cable, nor the external hd storage cable in my order. Everything else was cool.

Upgraded from a 7" model (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B3T59TX) in the first picture to this 9" model in the second picture. The wiring was nearly identical so it made the upgrade go super fast since I didn't need to change most of the harness. The 9" screen fits really well in my 2016 Ram 2500. Doesn't block the air vents or look out of place. Its a bit tricky getting the last screws that hold the unit into the cage, but was able to make it work.Cold boot up takes about 15 seconds or so, but after that, it starts up nearly immediately. I was amazed at how quick it turns on. Phone connecting (wireless android auto) is also quicker than the old unit and so far seems to work much more reliably. Haven't yet had the connection drop or fail to connect like happens every so often on the 7" model which would require hard rebooting the unit.Mixed feelings on the buttons. 9" is touch screen buttons, 7" has real tactile buttons.Sound is exceptional. The EQ has so many options and settings and I can dial in the sound to make even cat scratch fever sound good.Only thing I found lacking was the back up camera. The 7" unit had a real-time view app which allowed me to check on the trailer hitch anytime. Since I couldn't find the app on the 9", I had to replace the wiring to enable the reverse signal and it would only display the back up camera when in reverse.

Nice touchscreen stereo wireless CarPlay works really well. The sound quality is good and the screen looks sharp and clear. Install was simple if you’ve done this before good price for the quality.

Husband installed this, instructions were clear and easy to follow. The diagram was helpful and clear. It came with everything to get it in. Once installed it was pretty easy to connect to and navigate the settings. The screen is clear and not grainy. I have enjoyed this very much.
