It only works on selected ATOTO car stereos (X10/S8/F7/A6/A5 Series) and the video image quality is much better than traditional cameras that output CVBS signal type. It is not compatible with other car stereo brands!

If you own ATOTO S8 (Gen2), and it comes with virtual surround view feature, we highly recommend ATOTO AC-HD03LR camera instead.

It does not work on the ATOTO P5 series ,P8 series and P9 series.

It’s nice to have a backup camera.

The quality of the picture is pretty blurry and washed out, but it seems to work fine enough.Watch the bare wire connection points on this the length of removed shielding was very short, and I had to pull apart parts of the car again to get back to them to rewire the connection points.Figuring out how to route the connections from the outside of my vehicle to the inside, and then how to pull apart the water inside to hide the wiring to the dash was it’s whole own adventure. But that will be different for everyone.I had no worries about the length of wire from trunk to dash, and ended up with a few feet of additional cord I had to tuck into the dash.I don’t know if it’s the Atoto F7XE or the camera, but when putting the vehicle into reverse it sometimes needs 1-3 seconds to start displaying the video input from the camera.

It almost works if you play with it before each use

The camera is great but you will need to ensure that the pink wire between the camera/reverse signal and the radio is as short as possible. After many weeks working with ATOTO the problem was fixed and this and the radio combination is working as designed

This rearview camera is a must have with any Atot head unit. It has a clea picture in daylight as weel as impeccable night vision. The parking asist lines are fulle adjustable to suit various mountin positions of the camera. The camera was plug and play after hiding the wiring going to my rear window where i mounted the camera.

Really great picture. Much better than the built in camera on my other car.

Works really well with the Atoto F7 stereo and gives a great HD picture. The camera is tiny and it comes with a bracket that goes behind the license plate. It also works if you have a license plate frame (have attached a photo). The cable is really long, so when you've got it in and working, you may need to cable tie things up for the excess.Picture comes on really quickly. I have it hooked up to turn on when the car is in reverse. Fortunately the stereo harness I used already had a cable for power and reverse on signal, so I didn't need to wire it to the rear light in anyway for that. You can also (using this stereo at least) go to a menu item and just turn it on.

HD 720P Rear-View Video Signal Output

Traditional car stereos can only take and display 400-600 lines CVBS rearview video signal. Working with specific ATOTO head-unit models, The AC-HD02LR can output an HD 720P rearview video signal, and you can have an HD color display on the ATOTO headunit. How does the LRV feature Work?

ATOTO LRV (Live Rear-View) technology

Live RearView (LRV) Feature - Access Rearview even if the vehicle is moving ahead. This could remove obstructions of passengers, headrests, and the vehicle’s roof and rear pillars, increasing field of view and allowing the driver an unimpeded view of the lanes behind and traditional blind-spots. To use this feature, special wiring is required, see below for reference.

Easy Installation, compatible with selected ATOTO S8 (Gen2) models

Unlike traditional backup cameras that are powered up by reversing lamp of the vehicle, AC-HD02LR is rewired to be powered by a head-unit or vehicle's ACC power (Accessory) wire. And built-in hardware in selected ATOTO head-unit is required to make sure camera's video signal can be read and displayed without putting your vehicle into reverse gear.
