Wires Not Long Enough for 2009 Honda CRV

Probably a good product but my experience wasn't great. The 2009 Honda CRV didn't really allow for easy installation.Getting the extension "DC/Video" cable is also tricky and splitting and extended the tiny gauge wires isn't worth it, if buying for a CRV or other similar SUV, look elsewhere.

Easy Installation

I put this camera on the back of my RV. It works great, but my only comment is that the images appear smaller and further away than live or in a rear view mirror.

nice easy set up for dual use back up & rear viewing while driving forward

it's a great camera very clear picture, only at times it flickers lines & have not pinpointed the cause . I know it's not bad connections just every once in awhile I get these annoying lines flickering through my radio screen!! anyone else have this issue? It's hardwired through an atofo f7 double din radio.

No complaints

I have a large truck and was worried the wires would not be long enough but I had plenty. I would advise people to find the trigger wire for reverse behind the stereo instead of hacking into the reverse light at the back. Pretty simple to tie into the atoto A6 PF. I love the fact I can see behind me at any time not just in reverse.

HD 720P Rear-View Video Signal Output

Traditional car stereos can only take and display 400-600 lines CVBS rearview video signal. Working with specific ATOTO head-unit models, The AC-HD02LR can output an HD 720P rearview video signal, and you can have an HD color display on the ATOTO headunit. Say goodbye to the snowy static picture screen when reversing a vehicle.

How does the LRV feature Work?

Live RearView (LRV) Feature - Access Rearview even if the vehicle is moving ahead. This could remove obstructions of passengers, headrests, and the vehicle’s roof and rear pillars, increasing field of view and allowing the driver an unimpeded view of the lanes behind and traditional blind-spots. To use this feature, special wiring is required, see below for reference.

Unlike traditional backup cameras that are powered up by reversing lamp of the vehicle, AC-HD02LR is rewired to be powered by a head-unit or vehicle's ACC power (Accessory) wire. And built-in hardware in selected ATOTO head-unit is required to make sure camera's video signal can be read and displayed without putting your vehicle into reverse gear.
